Hey there, my name is Michelle Checkley and I have started creating a online business tothat started out just to supplement my income to well on my way to replacing it completely.

Now all that is great and all, but that wasn't the initial goal... The goal was feel better and to find something that will still allow me to have the lifestyle that i had before when i was working out of town in the oil field. I wanted to start to live my life without having the constraints of a normal 9-5 job and have the ability to travel not just for work but for my own experiences. 💯

Before all of this I was a blue-collar worker in the oilfield in remote areas and juggling hospitality jobs on my down time. My piece of the pie was being constructed with the thought process of trying to balance the hours i worked to the time I had off to do what i wanted to do. I still wanted to have the same amount of time off and financial ability to let me travel and do the things i enjoyed like travelling to music festival and attending concerts. I had the same goals of the average middle class member of society...to be able to afford to buy a house, travel a few times a year hit up some amazing events and try to save to invest and build some sort of a nest egg.

Then one day the unspeakable happened and a car accident left me unable to go back to doing the 2 jobs i was doing. I realized that as much as i had planned, to have a back up job and a back up to the back up.. I actually looked around and saw that i would have to start at ground ERO without me doing the grind i had nothing to back me up to truly i could continue to work the multiple jobs to try and climb back to what i was at before but i then will not have the time freedom i wanted. So 25 years of my life builing a solid career and a backup career and i was left and no alternative income coming in. I was back to start over. I said this can't be it and I was continually trading time for money. With not a lot of the time being able to spend the money i made. I realized that another 20 years to get me back up to a level that i was previously a and well i wasn't happy and no one is actually happy.. Truthfully no one i was working with was any happier than I was thinking i was. People were just doing enough to get by and they were not actually fulfilling thier dreams or desires. They weren't LIVING.

Everyone thought I was crazy for leaving the oilfield. A good solid job! JOB which stands for JUST OVER BROKE. When I told them I was going to make money online and work for myself they would say things that would try to get me to question my life's decisions..."maybe you should go back and do nursing school?" "Why don't you take a administration course? " THATS NOT ME!!!

I always try to beat a different drum and go against the norm, that is just who i am. 😅✌️

Fast forward to today, I have made a leap and leaned into a fear that i needed a corporate job to make the big bucks and having the stability to have "benefits". I now have seen the potential and have made my mistakes and now i see that it is possible to have a salary that is more in a month than I did in a year in the oilfield and am currently living my life on my terms, knowing that the harder I work the more reward i can attain. and its all in building my solid foundation. d

I didn't believe it when my friend said this is our ticket out of the rat race. I hesitated and now she now is running a hotel in Nicaraugua and an amazing coach that has taught me so much and reminded me that am fully capable to do this. Myself well I am rebuilding my life and working with people that have done it.

I am grateful i didn't listen to the naysayers but to the people who have done it! I have aligned myself with great mentors and not to people who just talk the talk and no my mentors have done the hard work for us and well make it so we don't repeat their mistakes.
